An excellent stack of barley hay prepared in ideal conditions without rain and well stored in a new shed. The whole operation only took 8 days so colour, leaf retention etc is all very good. Moisture content is very even averaging 10.3%

Good quality hay, optimum baling time. Nice colour and good leaf retention. Weighbridge on site, good gravel access. Easy for b-double trucks or road trains to get around the yard.

Soft handling 2025 Morava vetch. 11.5% ave moisture. Stored in good shed on plastic with good all weather access and weighbridge. Good colour darkened by some residual cereal stubble. About 10 mm of rain on windrow from a few events. Normal to sweet aroma. Last load out weighed 650kg / bale

Wheaten hay cured over 14 days in windy conditions with 5 millimetres of rain. Good colour and leafy, well shedded, moisture content averaging 10.9%

Oates Hay baled on the 2nd of November. Large square bales, 6 string. Nice even shaped bales. Stacked in paddock. Ideal curing conditions, no significant rain events during the curing period. A little bit of barley and brome visible in the odd bale end. Good colour and texture. Fresh hay aroma.

No issues with moisture from balers or tests, great access for road trains and always access to a loader. Graveled yard with weighbridge on site

Good consistant crop was cut and baled, raked once and baled at optimum time. Good colour, nice smell and consistant weight. Shed has good water drainage, gravel frontage and weighbridge on site. Plenty of room for b-double or road trains

Oaten hay cured for 15 days in windy conditions some light rain. Good colour leafy, well shedded very even moisture content averaging 11.2%

Neo barley hay cut before milky dough stage and stored in a good secure shed on plastic with all weather access including road trains Bales around 670kg. About 25-30mm of rain on windrow took the colour out but still showing a lot of green. Normal to soft handling texture with a nice aroma. Bale Shield inoculant was used. Light spray with Cameras of Glyphosate was sprayed on the windrow to prevent regrowth.

2025 Wheaten Hay baled on the 22nd of November. A few days of baling. Average bale weight is 650kg and there is a combination of 6 string and 8 string bales. Cooler curing periods and light showers have left some staining on bales but less than 5% damage. About 5-10% of ryegrass in paddock. Some bales may show more rye in than others. Any seeds won’t be viable due to cutting prior to maturity. It was conditioned when cut. Average moisture of 12.1%. Lowest was 10% and highest was 19.1%. Fairy even and consistent moisture readings. Two or three readings were 14% and 15%. Soft in texture. Excellent leaf and head retention. Nice green colour. Not much sunbleaching on the inside of bale. Sunbleaching on outside of bales. Some stains from poorer curing conditions as well. Sweet and fresh hay aroma. Great storage and access to the road for trucks.

2025 Oaten Hay baled on the 9th November. Not an ideal curing period due to having two rain events. Average bale weight 730kg. Baled with an 8 string Krone baler. Average moisture 12.6%. The highest moisture was 18.3%. Normal to soft in texture and great leaf retention. Some green colour. Less than 50% sunbleached or stained in sample. Slightly sweet and fresh hay aroma. Excellent storage and good access to road for trucks.

Heavy bales of ryegrass and oats. Baled on 30th October stacked six high in paddock- no covers. This hay appears to have avoided any black spotting and has retained some green colour. 13.9 % average moisture, with a high of 22% Hayguard was applied at baling It has a good aroma.
