Oaten hay baled on 1st of November. Moisture around 12% mostly. No high moistures. Fresh hay aroma, soft texture and nice green colour. Leaf retention is also great. No weeds present. Baled and stacked within same day. Baled with an 8 string Krone baler. Heavy bales averaging about 800-850kg.

Wheaten hay baled on the 21st of November 2025. Average moisture 14.1%. Two readings were high - 18.4% and 19.9%. Baled by an 8 string Krone baler. Large square 8x4x3. Bale weight average 650kg. Fresh and sweet hay aroma. Good green colour and soft to normal texture. Stored in a great shed with good access to the road and shed for trucks. There is a slight amount of staining on some the bales. Mainly on the front facing bales in shed.

Soft handling 2025 Morava vetch. 11.5% ave moisture. Stored in good shed on plastic with good all weather access and weighbridge. Good colour darkened by some residual cereal stubble. About 10 mm of rain on windrow from a few events. Normal to sweet aroma. Last load out weighed 650kg / bale

Oates Hay baled on the 2nd of November. Large square bales, 6 string. Nice even shaped bales. Stacked in paddock. Ideal curing conditions, no significant rain events during the curing period. A little bit of barley and brome visible in the odd bale end. Good colour and texture. Fresh hay aroma.

2025 Popany vetch. 10.9 % average moisture. Sun bleaching and some residual cereal stubble has taken out some colour. Stored in good secure shed on plastic with excellent all weather access. Seller can deliver if required.

About 25-30mm of rain on windrow took the colour out but still showing a lot of green. Normal to soft handling texture with a nice aroma. Bale Shield inoculant was used. Glyphosate was sprayed on the windrow to prevent regrowth.

Heavy bales of ryegrass and oats. Baled on 30th October stacked six high in paddock- no covers. This hay appears to have avoided any black spotting and has retained some green colour. 13.9 % average moisture, with a high of 22% Hayguard was applied at baling It has a good aroma.

Heavy bales of oats with at least 50% brome grass. Mostly the brome was cut before seed was developed but there is some more mature stems. Has avoided black spotting and retained a little color. Average moisture is 14.9 %. Hayguard was applied at baling. Percentage of brome and oats mix varies across the lot.

Winteroo oats in good secure shed with good all weather access on plastic. Cut in full flower with milky dough possible. Cured in 28 days with 40 mm rain on windrow 6 moisture readings over 18% out of 42. Silac was used. Some yellow stems. Normal to soft texture.
