Oaten hay baled on the 1st of November 2025. Nice and evenly shaped 8x4x3 large square bales. Bale weight average 680. 6 strings. During the curing period, the hay had 17mm before baling however there is no water stain, black stains, mould or damage. Hay dried out pretty quick and the ground was very dry too. Good green colour and soft texture. Good leaf retention. Average moisture 11.9%. No high moisture readings. Good shed with good access to road. Grower has transport options.
