Lovely line of sweet Moby Barley hay, cut at heads emerged with some milky dough noted and perfect baling conditions. Average moisture of 16.5% This hay has good colour and very nice aroma. Stored in a good 4 sided shed on concrete flooring.

Line of wheaten straw in 8x4x3 bales. Tight moisture range with an average of 10.6%. Bright in colour with an estimated stem length of 17cm. Sorghum stubble from previous crop evident in some of the bales inspected. Stacked in a fully enclosed shed with a cement floor surface.

Lucerne cut with Mower conditioner and baled in ideal conditions. Grass present with amounts variable between bales. Average moisture of 11.4%. Normal in texture with small amount of water marking. Has retained a light green colour.

Canary hay in 8x4x3 bales stacked in an open shed. Cut with mower conditioner and cured in reasonable conditions over 10 days with three rakings. Average moisture of 14.1%. Variety of weeds noted across the bales, assuming more than 30% average. Ideal moisture range averaging 13%, with a normal species aroma. Stacked in a solid 3-sided shed with floor lined with plastic.

Line of Forage Sorghum Hay in 6 string 8x4x3 bales, with more than 30% weeds across the bales. Varying maturity throughout crop when cut, cured for 7 days in ideal conditions. Grey to brown in colour, stalky sample with minimal leaf retention. Stacked in a solid 3 - sided shed with floor lined with plastic.

2021 Oaten Hay in 8x4x3 bales averaging an estimated 500kg per bale. Variable maturity stages throughout bales along with possible weeds, residual straw and dust. High moisture ranges and high nitrate levels.
