Awned wheaten hay in 8 string 8x4x3 bales stacked 8 high in an open shed. Cut with mower conditioner at early milky dough stage. Cured over two weeks in cool conditions. No rain. Average moisture of 11.5%. Dry in texture. Approx 50% green colour. Grower has own trucks for deliveries Some residual canola stubble evident in bales.

Bearded wheaten hay in 6 and 8 string bales. Cut at flowering. Well conditioned with mower conditioner. Small amount of residual canola stubble in bales. Average moisture of 11.5%. Had small amount of rain and cool curing period. Has retained reasonable colour.

Good colour retention after rain events during curing, some watermarking minimal blackspot. Normal to soft leaves and stem good aroma with no dust smell. Average moisture 11.5%

Oaten & ryegrass hay well prepared with very little rain, cured for 15 days good aroma & very even moisture content averaging 12.4%
