Heavy bales of wimmera ryegrass and barley with ryegrass being the larger component. The barley was before milky dough stage when cut. Little rain during curing so very little black spot. Sun bleaching has taken out most of the colour. Soft handling. Cut from a clean paddock, baled and inoculated with a six string Krone and stored in a secure shed with good access on day of baling.

Soft handling Wallaby oaten hay which has lost some colour over a five week curing period with a little rain. 16.4% average moisture Cut at full flower with little or no milky dough grain. Dusty when handled. Very little black spot.
Crop in good health with excellent biomass production. Nil weeds and disease free. Has had good rain and expect enough subsoil moisture to get through to cutting.
28-10-2026: A difficult curing period left this hay with a darkened colour typical of rain affected vetch. Average moisture is 11.2%. Stored in a good secure shed with all weather access. Long stemmed and dry but reasonably soft handling.
