Vetch crop with even germination during a dry start. Good establishment and expected to grow well from now to cutting with warmer weather and recent rain. Planted on 20 inch spacings. Rolled after planting to assist with baling. Small amount of residual stubble. An excellent stack of well prepared vetch hay a very good sweet smelling aroma. Currently being stacked in an excellent shed with very good drainage without weather damage. Moisture was between 10 & 18 with an average of 12.4

A nice line of oaten hay, produced stored and presented to market by experienced professional operators. 8 string bales. Some discolouration due to rainfall while curing. Still tests up exceptionally well. Average moisture 10.3%

Scepter wheat cut before milky dough seed formed. Little rain during curing but sun bleaching has taken out a lot of color. Soft handling with a normal to sweet smell. Some dust when handled. Stored in good secure all weather shed on plastic.

This line of hay has weathered well during curing, it is well baled with good even bales ready for most stock applications. Tight moisture range between 9% and 13% with an average of 10.8%. Long curing period with a small amount of staining present.

Soft handling Wallaby oaten hay which has lost some colour over a five week curing period with a little rain. 16.4% average moisture Cut at full flower with little or no milky dough grain. Dusty when handled. Very little black spot.

Vetch, Field pea, wheat clover & rye mix well prepared in challenging conditions. About 1 inch of rain over a couple falls has only caused minor deterioration, even moisture averaging 11.9%, shedded.

150 bales of Elmore CL Wheaton hay. Paddock stacked 6 high under caps. Heads formed but no seed observed. 11.4 ave moisture with a high of 12.8. Nice aroma. Had 20 mm rain on windrow but has retained some green colour with very little black spotting and presents well.

170 bales of Wheaton hay. Paddock stacked under caps Cut before milky dough seed formed. Low average moisture of 10.7 and has a good aroma 20 mm of rain on windrow has discolored the hay with some black spotting.

Yallara oaten hay stacked 8 high in good secure shed with all weather access. Has some ryegrass and barley in it. Ave moisture 12.2 with a few high readings. Bales 640 kg. Difficult curing conditions have taken out the colour. A normal to sweet aroma.
