**Hay Mate — Remote Paddock Monitoring with Phone & SMS Alerts** Spend less time checking paddocks and get more sleep between baling windows. Hay Mate monitors temperature and humidity where you’re working. Check conditions and graphs on your phone, set your own humidity threshold, and receive a call or SMS when it’s reached. Alerts can also go to the people you nominate on your hay team. **How it works** • Logs temperature and humidity every 5 minutes • Sends readings to the cloud/app every 10 minutes • Shows trends over time in the Hay Mate app • Calls and texts when your chosen humidity threshold is reached • Uses the Telstra 4G/4GX network — suitable coverage required All models are **solar powered with built-in battery storage**, so there’s no routine recharging during normal outdoor use. **Choose your model** • **Mini — $1,650 incl. GST:** temperature and humidity • **Medium — $3,850 incl. GST:** temperature, humidity and rainfall • **Max — $5,500 incl. GST:** temperature, humidity, rainfall and wind **Every model includes:** ✓ First year of app access, mobile data and call/SMS alerts ✓ Shipping ✓ Two-year warranty, additional to Australian Consumer Law rights From year two, the annual subscription is $200 incl. GST for Mini or $475 incl. GST for Medium and Max. Orders usually ship within two business days. Humidity is a useful leading indicator of baling conditions.
