Vetch crop with even germination during a dry start. Good establishment and expected to grow well from now to cutting with warmer weather and recent rain. Planted on 20 inch spacings. Rolled after planting to assist with baling. Small amount of residual stubble.
An excellent stack of well prepared vetch hay a very good sweet smelling aroma. Currently being stacked in an excellent shed with very good drainage without weather damage. Moisture was between 10 & 18 with an average of 12.4
