Visited mid Aug. Crop at boot to flowering stage no sign of disease or lodging. weather coming week expected to be mild with mid 20 degrees. Will look to start cutting in 14 days.

Irrigated awned barley crop planted on 2 meter beds in 120ha and watered up. Inspected crop mid August. Crop at late booting to flowering with mid conditions expected over the next week. Expect to start cutting in next 7 to 10 days. No sign of disease with strong stems and good colour. Expect yield between the 8 to 10 ton Ha. Some shed storage space available.
