Irrigated lucerne hay in sound 8x4x3 bales Had light fall rain early in curing period. minor bleaching. Stalks dry in texture but good quantity of leaf in bales, generally disconnected. Average moisture of 11.3%

Oaten hay in 8x4x3 bales stacked in a safe shed fully protected with walls or other hay on exposed sides. Cut with mower conditioner at full flower with small amount of milky dough seed. Cured in good conditions and raked once. Steamer used to assist with baling. Average moisture of 11.7% Good leaf quality. Small amount of residual straw in some bales. Small amount of Rye grass.
