2025 Vetch Hay baled on the 6th November. Not an ideal curing period due to having two rain events. No sign of water staining or mould on bales. Average bale weight 750kg. Baled with an 8 string Krone baler. Average moisture 14.7%. Only 2 high readings over 19% - 19% and 21.1%. Normal in texture, great leaf retention. May become detached when disturbed. Nice green colour. Slightly sweet and fresh hay aroma. Excellent storage and good access to road for trucks.
