By submitting an entry to this giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Feed Central and Feed Central, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
The Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all Australian residents aged 18 or older at the time of entry, where legally permitted. Employees of Feed Central (the “Sponsor”), its respective parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The giveaway is governed by Queensland law and is subject to all applicable state laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER: Entries are automatic. To participate, entrants must complete a listing of any product on the LocalAg website. Each listing provides one (1) entry into the draw for that week. Entries reset each week, meaning only listings created during that week’s entry period will be eligible for that week’s draw. Participants are encouraged to share their listings on social media using the Share button.
PRIZES: Prize includes: There are four (4) prizes, each consisting of a $250 Visa Gift Card awarded to a local community group nominated by the winner, plus exclusive LocalAg merchandise for the winner. If a winner is unable to receive the prize, then it will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by the Sponsor. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-assignable and non-transferable.
DRAW: Four (4) winners will be selected based on random chance. Draws will occur weekly on 20/03/2025, 27/03/2025, 03/04/2025, and 10/04/2025 at 12pm (AEST) by a representative from the Sponsor whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 7 days. If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, they forfeit the prize which may be subject to a redraw.
Any other incidental expenses on the prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission to use the winner’s name, prize won, hometown, listing, and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance, and use or misuse of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the competition depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Competition Entry Period.
DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY: By participating in the Competition, entrants agree that any information provided may be used by Feed Central for administrative, communication, and marketing purposes. This may include contacting entrants for future offers and promotions. All information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with Feed Central’s Privacy Policy. Participants have the right to access, update, or correct their information at any time in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
ARBITRATION: This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Queensland, Australia. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Queensland, Australia.
The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the Giveaway will be used by Feed Central for the purposes of administration of the Giveaway and as otherwise permitted in accordance with Feed Central’s Privacy Policy.
